Penelope Timmis SWA RBSA
Penelope Timmis SWA RBSA
Penelope has painted all her life, and began selling paintings fourteen years ago.
Widowed very early and left with young children, she became a hands on farmer at the family home. As the children grew, she was able to devote more time to painting and became a full-time artist living in a delightful chapel converted by her deceased father.
Her highly distinctive work – often influenced by her love of farming and the countryside – displays colour, movement and life!
A member of The Society of Women Artists and Fellow of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists, she has won several awards for her paintings and we are delighted to be showing her work here in Chester.
